Role

The Director Flight Operations reports to the Accountable Manager and is responsible for Flight Operations Performance, Control of Flight Operations and the setting and monitoring of Operational Standards for all aircraft operated by the airline. He/She manages and supervises the activities of the department and is responsible for hiring of crew, overseeing flight dispatch, cabin services and other operational staff as required by the airline.
