The Manager Human Resource is a strategic leader who designs, implements and administers a full suite of human resource. He/She is responsible for talent acquisition, development programs and policies that support and enrich a positive staff experience at the airline. He /She is also responsible for developing a high-performance culture at the airline, ensuring an attractive place of work, emphasizing communication and engagement at all levels. He/She will be responsible for the welfare and motivation of all staff.

The Human Resource Officer will assist the manager Human Resource in the implementation of Human Resource policies, Strategies and regulations and provide the required guidance to effectively monitor, evaluate and make appropriate recommendations.
